7 Diva Tips for Celebrating Valentine's Day In Style

Valentine's Day is quickly approaching and I wanted to help my fellow divas and diva wanna-bes alike to prepare for this auspicious occassion LOL  Ok it's a little special for those of with mates. However, even if you don't have a mate, you can still be a diva for Valentine's Day!  Here are some tips (some may not be what you expect):

1. This Valentine's Day, keep it classy.  A diva's attire should be classy yet moderately sexy.
   
2. A true Diva pays with cash.  She does not go into debt trying to give the impression that she's "all that."  On the contrary, a diva keeps out of debt and plans for a day like Valentine's Day by creating a spending plan in advance of the day.
   

New Product for an Invigorating Experience

So I was all set to introduce my new invigorating and pampering product until the computer broke down. I got it fixed, brought it home on Thursday and guess what? By Friday it was broken AGAIN!  I am not believing this as it is starting to feel like a conspiracy!

So I bring the computer back to Staples (why I thought they had a real tech, I don't know) and have to wait until Tuesday for them to fix it.........again.

So I say all of that to say this, I am not going to introduce this product until my computer is fixed. Right now I'm on a loner that does not have the files and access to certain websites that I need.

I guess that's what happens when you are a small business entrepreneur.  No techs on staff to handle this kind of thing *sigh

Making It All About You - Me Time

If you are a wife, mother, employee or the friend that everyone goes to for guidance, wearing all of those "hats" can be daunting.  Caring for everyone else puts some real wear and tear on your emotions and on your body.

Many times we neglect to steal away time to ourselves.  Consequently, all of the running and doing for everyone else leads you to burn out.  Burnout of your body and more specifically your immune system which can result in acne breakouts, skin blotches and other health issues.  Who wants that?

Dr Oz's Pimple Wisdom

I'm home today thanks to my son's school bus not showing up.  Apparently someone called their son Christopher out and the bus company assumed it my son!  Hence, I'm sitting here watching Doctor Oz and he's doing a pimple popping demonstration.  I must admit; it is seriously disgusting.  I'm going to spare you the details but will share with you his advice for how to pop a pimple without cause skin irritation.

First off, if a pimple is not above the level of the skin, LEAVE IT ALONE.  Don't go digging for it.

If the pimple is above the level of the skin, it's ok to pop it but there are some things you must do to make sure it's done right so you don't cause a bunch of scarring:
