It's day 4 of the cleanse and 1 more day to go woo hoo!! I woke up this morning A LOT less sluggish than usual. I went to bed around mid night so this is a good thing.
Today is the true test. There's always so much junk food at my job. I think I'll do fine though. I have my delicious nutritive shake to hold me over LOL. I'll keep you all posted.

P.S. Why did my husband have to cook dinner last night like we were having guests???? Grilled chicken strips and fresh sliced baked home fries! How inconsiderate can he be!
