Sometimes it takes a while to have fresh radiant skin. In the meantime, there are things you can do to make you at least look like you have fresh skin. In order to accomplish this, you have to shake things up a bit so to speak. Here's what I mean...
If you wake up with bags, lay down for a few and add a few slices of ice cold raw potatoes over your eyes. Yeah, I know it may not smell the greatest and I know most say use cucumbers but trust me. The potatoes will work wonders. If you just know you'll have bags when you wake up and want fresh skin, then steep a tea bag overnight in a glass of cold milk. When you awaken, apply the tea bag to your eyelids and under eye area.
Do you struggle with puffy face? You can reduce this by simply applying an ice cold compress to your face and then use what our grandmas used to use. . . Cold Cream. Only thing is, make sure your cold cream really is cold. Put it in the refrigerator. The combination cold action and ingredients in the cream will cause the blood vessels in your face to contract and the result is you guessed it........fresh looking skin. Woo hoo!
Here's another...Splash a mixture of cold water and lavender essential oil on your face. Massage it in to increase the circulation in your skin to create a nice glow. Don't forget to moisturize right after.
